At 2HA, we specialize in curated secondhand and vintage clothing. Each item is carefully inspected, described, and photographed to provide an accurate representation of its condition.

1. Return Window
We offer a limited return option within 7 days of receiving your order.
To initiate a return, you must contact us within this period via email at:

Returns requested after this period will not be accepted.

2. Return Conditions
Returned items will only be accepted if all of the following conditions are met:
• Item is in the same condition as received
• No signs of wear or use
• No damage
• No unusual odors (e.g. smoke, perfume, etc.)
• Original 2HA tag remains attached
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
Returns are sent at the customer’s risk. We recommend using a tracked shipping method. We are not liable for lost or damaged return shipments.

4.1 Standard Returns
Approved returns are refunded as store credit only.
Store credit is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

If an item is significantly not as described or has an undisclosed defect, the customer must notify us within 7 days of receipt.
In such cases, customers are entitled to their statutory rights under Swiss law (Swiss Code of Obligations).
