How do you check the quality of our products?
Each item goes through a strict quality control. During this process the condition, authenticity and quality is checked, furthermore each product is inspected for any defects.
After quality control, the product is rated on a scale of 1-10, with 10 being the highest possible rating. This rating reflects the opinion of our quality control team.
How can I make sure the garment is my size/will fit me?
Our stock comes from a lot of different brands, countries, and time periods. Due to this, the size on the label is often unreliable. We write down the fit or the measurements for each piece so that you can check if it will fit you before purchasing.
What payment methods do you accept?

Where do you ship & what are the shipping costs?
We do ship worldwide, the price of shipping will depend on size and weight of the shipment, you will see it at the checkout
If you live in Switzerland, shipping will be totally free for you!
What’s the delivery time and is my item tracked?
Our shipping days are Wednesday & Saturday. All our shipments are insured and tracked. You will receive your tracking number by E-Mail – your package's status will show up under the tracking link, once we hand your package over to the Swiss post office. If you do not immediately see the package status, please wait for the next shipping day (Wednesday & Saturday).
Are there any custom charges?
International orders should not receive any additional import taxes or duties, although this cannot be guaranteed. If import costs do require payment the customer will be responsible for these fees.
Is it possible to return an item?
If the item does not fit or you do not like it, it is not possible to return it.
However, if the product has a flaw that is not mentioned in the description, it is possible to return the item. In such a case, the item must be returned to us within 14 days of receiving it.
In order to request a return please contact us via Email with your order number and reason for the return and we will get back to you as soon as we can!
