How do you check the quality of your products?
Each piece goes through a strict quality control process.
We check for authenticity, condition, and any defects.
After inspection, the item is rated from 1 to 10 – 10 being near-perfect condition. This score reflects our QC team's expert opinion and helps you shop with confidence.
How do I know if something will fit me?
Our items come from various brands, countries, and eras, so the size on the label can often be misleading.
That’s why we always include accurate measurements or fit descriptions in every product listing.
When in doubt: measure your favorite piece at home and compare.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major payment methods:
Twint, PayPal, Visa, Mastercard, and American Express.
Where do you ship and how much does it cost?
We ship worldwide 🌍
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.
If you’re in Switzerland, good news – shipping is 100% free.
When will my order arrive? Is it tracked?
We ship your order out after 1-3 business days.
Every order is insured and tracked. You’ll get a tracking link via email as soon as your order is handed over to Swiss Post.
No update yet? Give it until the next shipping day and you’ll be able to follow your package in real time.
Will I have to pay customs or import fees?
For most international orders, no additional fees are expected – but we can’t guarantee it.
Any customs duties or import taxes that may apply are the responsibility of the buyer.
Can I return an item?
We don’t accept returns if an item doesn’t fit or if you’ve changed your mind – so please check the measurements carefully before buying.
However, if your item arrives with a major flaw that wasn’t mentioned in the product description, you’re eligible for a return.
In that case, please contact us via email within 14 days of delivery – include your order number and the issue, and we’ll sort it out quickly.
